Disappointing I booked a non smoking room and they said they over booked and had to put me in a smoking room for a night. Than switch rooms the next day. I was told twice they would come clean it and spray the room and never did. Multiple elevators did not work so spent 10 to 30 min waiting on a elevator. Rooms are extremely outdated.

Very Poor
First and last time I will ever stay at this hotel I didn’t like the experience, the rooms floor was dirty. The AC didn’t work well it felt like it was 95° in the room. I call maintenance and Left many message and nobody ever call me back, hallway were disgusting. Only the casino

Recommended for younger individuals Finding your room is very difficult. This was said by many guests. There are no microwaves in rooms or on the floors which I would have appreciated. On check out day I requested late check out which was very difficult. My stay was a disaster to be honest. I’ve never stayed at a motel but my stay at Tropicana was everything I imagined a m Check in staff was horrible but a manager did fix the problem. Disappointing Chelsea Tower is a nightmare and the public bathrooms on premises are dirty. We had an issue with the rooms in Chelsea Towers (avoid this tower at all costs) but then was upgraded to a suite in South Tower which was lovely.
