Poor service. The bathroom had hair on the wall. The air conditioner did not work. My checkout time was for at 12 and a room attended. Decide to go in my room before at that time. The casino.

Horrible The staff was horrible. First they couldn't find reservation then they gave me only one room when I booked 2. Next they gave me the wrong rooms and not what was on confirmation. They put me in a smoking room with a king bed when I asked for non smoking 2 queen beds. Then when I asked for a manager a nasty woman who would not give me her name tried to blame me but she finally found the room I was supposed to get 2 hours later. This was very stressful to say the least. A horrible experience.

Never again, dirty, waste of money, and everything is broken. Elevators and room. When we first got there the kiosk did not work so we have to wait on a line, never the less then wait for the elevators because they only have one elevator working every time. We missed all our shows and dinner reservations, tried to call the line to complain no one answered. When we finally got into the room, it was disgusting. Sand all over the floor. Not a 3-star hotel!! Where do I start? Requested a room with 2 queen beds, told none were available unless I paid to upgrade. Was offered a cot for a fee. Then I was offered to have the cot at no extra cost, this was nice of them. The cot was not comfortable.Get to our room, and the deadbolt on the door will not lock. I couldn't lock or close the bathroom door at all. The wallpaper in the bathroom was coming off the wall in spots. Nice place but difficult to navigate ! Pool was old - very far from my room Did not care for how far chairs where from pool 1 pool was as closed Indoor I did not use Elevators were a complete mess My mom was in a wheelchair it was just awful locating them and then waiting for them !!! On weekdays hardly any of the music places were open leaving us with a huge part we could not experience Restaurants closed to early The place is huge IT is very difficult to navigate No helpers anywhere ?
