Bad Nothing elevators was not working. Have to wait in line for one hour.

Disappointed Check in I never stayed, waiting 3 hours to check in, finally went to another hotel,and they froze my account.and I never checked in.terrible experience

It could have been better. The restaurants are very overpriced. The rooftop bar and pool should have been open a bit later. 7/7:30 is very reasonable. 6 is definitely too early. We also hated that the entire hotel and game floor smelled like cigarettes; even though we were in the no smoking section. My allergies were not happy. It was very confusing to walk around and navigate the hotel/casino/parking garage. Bad Long wait for elevators room wasn’t clean .the food was horrible at Ossu . Nice location to the beach

I wouldn’t bring my family back there. My room was dirty and looked outdated And small. The bathroom tub and sink leaked the entire week visit. The lights kept flickering. Housekeeping was rude and act like they didn’t want to do their job. It took way too long for elevators to come literally 30 to 35 minute waits. It was ridiculous!! The property was in a great location as far as food and stores to shop.

Fair I was stsying in room 4725 their was no carpet and room above me their were lot of noise , for two days i couldn’t go to sleep

Poor No breakfast there house keeper just walk in with there key The room was dirty when I got there had to pay a deposit.That no one said I had to pay

Very unhappy The rooms were not clean. The bathroom was not clean. There was somebody else’s hair stuck to the walls could not get room service to come and give us new towels, clean towels they worry about their guests coming in more than they do their guests that are already here. I will never stay here again Location
