It was not a good experience. There’s only one set of elevators going to the West Tower where I was staying at and there The guest in the room next to me was occupied by drunk and loud obnoxious people. I was not able to sleep at all due to the cursing, loudness and disruption. Worst experience ever. That it was so close to the beach and board walk. The view outside my hotel room was beautiful and the sunset was beautiful

It was not the best It was freezing in the rooms couldn’t get a full comforter for bed only sheets and a thin blanket smh No microwave anywhere in the resort not offered in rooms no balcony. Front desk barely answered phone and when they did not friendly The many stores and restaurants in the resort

Terrible ... It was rotten. We had person items stolen from our room by housekeeping and have gotten a run aoeunf from the hotel since. Refusing yo do anything about it or call us back now. Im considering suing the hotel

Horrible My experience at Tropicana was the absolute worst!! Everything in rooms were either broke or had extreme damage to it . Room had no AC!!! What was displayed online is far from what was presented Nothing !!!

Over price, reminded me of a carnival cruise, unruly guests u need standards of behavior/security People were crazy u can't allow people to be walking around playing their JBL speaker full blast especially in the elevator what is this a carnival cruise. There was security anywhere stopping this disruptive behavior. Elevators were slow and crowded in the West tower. Better signage need couldn't find anything quickly Carmelos the Italian place was good
