rooms needed to needed updated elevator broken I didn't eat breakfast. but the elevator was broken only one elevator to get to my room so there was a line and wait smh

Needs a major redo The elevators were awful. We had to wait up to 20 minutes at times to get an elevator. The rooms were gross and outdated. We talked to other people staying in other towers and it was the same for them. They need to pick a tower at a time and completely rehab it. The beds were comfy, the restaurants are good, and the location is great.

Disappointing stay, but we made the best of it. When we checked in, they gave us a room with a non-functioning air conditioner. It was a hot day and our room was like a sauna. We went to the front desk to address the hot room and were told nothing was available except penthouse suites and they could not move us to one without maintenance confirming the air conditioner was indeed broken. We were sent back to the room and waited and sweated for about an hour, with no visit from anyone. We then went back down to complain again ... read more

Fair The room was not what we paid for. See above message The first room smelled like cigarettes smoke as soon as we entered the room. My daughter who I was with has severe asthma. Immediately left the room went in asked for a different room and which they gave us a handicap one one bed The request was for two beds unable to be honored pricing was different we paid more and was quoted on booking. My daughter is a preteen she doesn't want to sleep in the same bed as me so one of us had to sleep in a chair and one in the bed

Bad They place us in the West Tower with only 2 elevators working out of 4 20 minutes wait time Nothing
