Bad Stains on the carpet and walls. Bad smell in the room. Old, dirty towels in the restroom. Unkind service in restaurants and casino in the facility.

Tropicana Dissapoinment Contacting hotel directly is next to impossible as you are diverted thru phone prompts to a call center god only knows where. Called several times to request early check in which we were unable to do. Actual Check-in was a a travelers WORST NIGHTMARE. Arrived at 4pm to a line of >100 people. Stood in a winding line FOR HOURS! I had recent knee surgery and could barely walk later. We didn't get into our room until 10pm!!! Desk staff was miserable, credit card system down. It was ok however you should house senior citizens in the tower that's a long way to other amenities the second room was better. The carpet was badly stained, and I never could why there were to tv's in the room. If I turned off one the other would come on. Nothing, I requested to have my room changed.

OKAY The entire floor stinks of smoke but I know we booked a room for smoking. Exhaust fans should be put to eliminate the odor. Blow Dryer broke right off the wall, and was cracked inside making noise. Hardwood floor was dirty. Pictures removed from walls that were not repaired. Elevators were always packed.

Do to only being there for one night, was planning on doing several things during our visit. Had to stand in line for 2 Long waiting time to check in Clean, several things to do.

very disappointing The lack of signage for parking and only one garage being open was the start. The kiosk’s being down and having to stand in line for 3 hours to check in should have been another indication that this was going to be a disappointing trip. Trying to find the Chelsea tower after shelping luggage and bags across the casino and hallways to walk into what looked like a restaurant and into elevators opening to a stinky hallway.
