Mediocre at best. Elevators didn’t work so we had to use the steps for hours. The heater/AC was ancient and didn’t work properly. There was a fire at 1am so we had to evacuate for hours. The room was pretty basic for the weekend price we had to pay. This was our honeymoon weekend and it was sadly disappointing. Casino was nice. Location.

Staff needs to be trained in proper customer service Staff were very disrespectful called about my luggage being brought to my room was told it would be a while or I could get it myself then I went to valet parking I forgot something in my car and the valet woman was so disrespectful would not get my car went and put my keys down and walked off after talking very unprofessional I probably won’t stay here ever again location was good parking was great

extremely overpriced for value of room, will not be returning outdated, poorly furnished rooms, terrible lighting in room & bathroom convenience of staying at casino

Poor Didn't sleep at all. Unruly people partying in the halls. Banging on doors yelling cursing. It was horrible

The Marathon Maze I did not like that everything was so hard to find. The directions in the resort were very confusing. We searched for 30 mins just to find the front desk. When we got there we had to stand on line for another 20 mins just to check in. Then walk another 20 mins to find the building our room was in. When we got to the room it smelled like cigarettes (i specifically ordered a non smoking room) and it was visiblly dirty. Obviously it had not been thoroughly cleaned. I called to complain.
