Fair Room was not ready / available upon checkin even at 6pm. Staff was very accommodating in finding me another room.

Fair Very little help from customer service. The valet staff were much more professional. The reservation staff were not welcoming. The West Tower is old. Not worth the price Location

Fair Kiosks were used to check in and check out. Did not know who the employees were. Very little security. The bathroom in our room had blood on the wall. The hotel is very dated. The hotel was close to the beach. There were many food options .

nice place and location sadly really bad maintenance and administration really bad! there is not enough people working! lines are 1 hour delay for everything check in or check out, people is not helpful you ask for directions or if you need something in the bedroom they never came, really bad service! You ask nicely and they answer with bad actitud! we were a group of 14 person with multiple rooms and we were all very disappointed definitely not coming back. the location

it was fine my room was very old and outdated. I was led ti believe it was renovated recently lots to do
