Disappointing The room was very dirty. I called to get clean as I have infant, unfortunately, No one came to clean. The room was also freezing, The thermostat is hidden behind an old cover in the wall. I did find it out at 4am after my son started coughing and sneezing. I did call as well in the evening but no one came to fix it again. The worse experience were the restrooms', as a mother of an infant, I had to change his diaper, after checking 3 restrooms, none of them got a changing table! Very disappointing. I enjoyed the casino and the bed was comfortable. The food was great but the one room could have been cleaner. We found the room dirty and not vacuumed I enjoyed the view

The worse stay at a hotel every I’m so upset. The room was so far away from everything. It was a seven minute walk to get from the room to anything. We had to take and escalator to and elevator walk across a bridge to another elevator just to get from our room to get food drinks or the casino itself. The room walk dark shower had mold in it. Not so happy 25th anniversary FI didnt like it wasn't the room I was shown on internet. I wanted glass walk in shower as larger for my husband as 6 5 325 lbs. It was small bathroom. I believe we had queen not a king but charged king. Bed was small. It wasn't clean ...rug stains ,no cover on remote , the drawers all dinged up.
