Was disappointed for our stay at the Tropicana Had to wait 3 hours wait to check in Paying resort fee n Outdoor pool was closed they should tell u that it’s closed at time of booking Booked room at Havana tower and was moved to Chelsea tower instead and then got to room and keys weren’t even activated so had to go all the way back to lobby w all the luggage to get new keys Gilcrest restaurant for breakfast

Terrible The room service and the a -c couldn't turn off or down no microwave and t.v. service bad And one of my guest got sick from the air conditioner Nothing and me and guests will never return back to this hotel again

Poor נאלצנו להמתין כשלוש שעות בתור על מנת לקבל חדר, הגענו בשעה יחסית מאוחרת (18:00) ולהמתין שלוש שעות הוציא את כל הכיף של העיר ולכן הפסדנו את רוב מה שהעיר מציעה הקזינו היה מצויין מגוון גדול של מכונות, מיטות נוחות מאוד ומרווחות צוות אדיב, לאחר המתנה של כ3 שעות נתן לנו שדרוג כפיצוי
Terrible, annoying, and a waste of our time and money! The staff was rude, a 3 1/2 hour wait in line to check in, our TV didn’t work and we called the front desk about this problem 5 times in 6 hours and nobody did anything about it. When the front desk gave me the phone number to call the housekeeping manager, his voicemail said he never set up his voicemail. Tropicana needs renovating Room pictures on booking site are misleading. The room is outdated, bathroom lighting didn't work, hallway dingy and dirty. The money spent on the stay is not worth it. Proximity to entertainment

just bad dirty rooms phone didnt work in my room for service no towels in my daughters room bed was dirty when we got to the room this hotel is very sad and they switched are rooms fom ocean view to standard room due to over bookings staff was great
