Horrible ' definitely not memorable Everything!!! From the ignorant staff! Nobody was friendly or helpful at all! There are too many stipulations and tules! Way too many hidden fees added on! It's ridiculous! I will never stay there ever again! That i was with my kids!

loud, drunk people, inconsiderate, dirty room no service to be found

it wasn’t what I expected pool time, room service, no microwave location

We had a good time, but the quality of the room was highly disappointing. The room was not clean. It was a dusty. The rug was dirty. The vent for the air conditioner was covered in dust. The sheet on the one bed had a yellow stain on it. We liked the variety of the restaurants located on property.

Very disappointing. Expected better. Was there when air show was there. Took 40 minutes to find a parking spot. No spots for guests. 1st room I was given in west tower. Light on in bathroom. Sand on the floor. Toilet running and leaking. Floor covered in water. Back down to front desk, asked for another room. Were obliging. Gave me another room 4 floors up and knocked $50 off my bill. I feel that I should be reimbursed for my 2nd night. I tried to call the Tropicana but couldn't get People were not very nice I had an emergency at home and couldn't make the first day of my two scheduled days. My grandson got covid. I had to help out with his little sister. I decided I would try and make it on my 2nd day. I tried to call booking. Com. I talked to someone on the phone and they told me that I would have to talk to Tropicana about it. I drove over 3 hours. I am handicap and had very difficult time. Worst of al... read more

mauvais l`attente pour service comme check in et valet chambre pas prête mauvais service clientelle pourri je suis vraiment déçu j'ai voyager beaucoup dans des hôtel grand et petite le service était bien différent proximité des lieu et des activité
