below par from what I’m used to ! too close to elevator bank , kept me up most of the night !! outdated room , refrigerator not working right.

It was ok. I hope we don't have to stay at this hotel again. Just about everything. Rooms can use some updates. People running in the halls, everything was ssssooooooo expensive. Not a whole lot at all. Only that it was convenient for the competition we attended. However not kid friendly.

won’t be returning rooms and facility was dirty, parking was expensive, rooms over priced Chelsea gastro pub was delicious

I will never stay there again it was a mess the room was a mess the toilet was broken the carpet was so dirty the beds wasn’t comfortable the ice machine on my floor was was broke I had to go to the 6 floor for ice and my room was on the 9 floor the staff was so nasty we had two lamp in the room so we didn’t have a lot of light in the room we call for them to come see about the lamp we had in the room that wasn’t working the never came it just was a mess and I will never stay there again Nothing

I wasn’t happy at all with my stay and I will never go back. The first room we were given was not as clean as it should have been. It had dust and some dirt around the beds base. The table had something sticky on it. The lamp between the beds did not work and the Vending machine on our floor didn’t work either. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling off the walls and the hairdryer did not work. There wasn’t really anything that I liked about my stay at the Tropicana. Overpriced The room was extremely humid. The windowsill had puddles of water under it in the morning. I’m assuming with that much water, there has to be mold. The room needed a major update! Tiles were cracked in the bathroom, furniture was worn down and no light switches. You can to turn on the lamp by the lamp instead of a switch. It was WAY overpriced for a terrible room.
