TERRIBLE EVERYTHING. Just not a great experience. Then you go online and they have rooms in the south tower and north tower so I called to get our rooms changed, and they said even though they show up online you would not be staying there. False advertising. They made it look so great and it was not. So many people not happy with the experience at all. Used to be a great place to stay, not anymore. Would not book a room there again. Bad I usually stay in the Havana tower the West tower smelled like marijuana cigarette smoke all my clothes smelled the coffee pot looked like it hadn't been cleaned in 10 years I had no toilet paper when I checked in and it cost me over a $130 for 1 night Location

I wounld not stay there again I didnt like the cost of the rooms, they are overrated for what you get even in there supposed upgraded room poor service by clening staff I was there three days and never saw the cleaniing crew

our air conditioning stopped working the first night the second night we had to move rooms getting allowed of the servic customer service not good. no one would answer the phones you get connected to 3 different people before you can get an answer. That it was right on the ocean
