Disappointing The room I reserved was not available, no personal service at the location, i was not told until many attempts at the machine check in and after I called a number after a long wait to go to a different location to check in, horrible experience. The location, and parking

Birthday gathering for family members and that was great Hard reaching front desk.heard to get new remote,coffee machine dirty.car broken into items and papers taken,long line for elevators 15-30 minute wait.know water to room for first four hours The room was ok

Terrible Room was old and dirty. The Chelsea tower isn’t even near the casino and took 45 minutes to find because there are no signs directing you to it. So overpriced

Disappointing It was very to navigate through the hotel. There aren't signs to point you into check in. They have check in kiosks but I prefer a live person. The staff aren't friendly and we needed more towels and blankets. No one brought it up for us until the next day after calling the front desk 15 times. If you are new to this hotel be prepared for a lot of walking and getting lost. They have mostly everything on site. Most of the restaurants open late and close early. I wouldn't stay Room was filthy and I got upgraded to another room and it still was filthy wasn't even worth complaining about the second go around. My room was filthy would not recommend this hotel to anyone only for the entertainment but don't stay.... Please book at the Caesar hotel.

HORRIBLE #1 a working CLEAN refrigerator and not not placed on the floor. #2 towels had holes in them and hair on them. 3) I asked for complimentary toothbrushes, wasn't available, the casino / hotel makes tons of money , complimentary toothbrushes should have been available. 4, no microwave available 5. Trying to find the car in the parking garage then once we find the car, half hour wait to get OUT of the parking garage b/c of the long lines! 6. Elevator jammed pack, to get to the lobby! Nothing!
