Would not book there again. Too big and too confusing. Signage poor. Many people complaining how confusing the complex is. It was clean.

not worth the price paid 2000 dollars for a suite that didn’t have working air conditioning the first night. couldn’t be accommodated untill the next day

I’ve stayed there many times over the years and was never disappointed. Not good this time! hi we were on the 48th floor. consistent banging through our stay on the floor above us. sounded like a work crew was there. Also absolutely no maid service to clean or replenish the second day. very disappointed!!! East access to all of our needs.

No fun! We got there early, Tropicana knew we where going to be there before 4:00pm. The lady said come back in two hours and the room that you like is being cleaned. OK. We came back 4 hours later. I went to the same person and told me the room was not cleaned yet that I could wait she did not know how long or take another room! We did not want to wait so we took the room. Disappointing En el estacionamiento no hay seguridad mi padre le robaron dentro del auto su pasaporte y un telefono cuando fuimos a reclamar los encargados del estacionamiento dijeron “pasa todo el tiemo y no somos responsables de lo que pase en el parqueo”tambien dijeron que te pueden robar tu vehiculo y ellos no son responsables. Bad We stayed 2 nights and we paid full price. There was no maid service and barely enough towels which we needed to keep reusing over the 3 days. The room was dirty including stains on the walls and sheets. I'd keep going, but I'm over 3 sentences. We were near the boardwalk.
