Will not return Valet staff were RUDE because we had to wait for bellhop to bring our belongings down. Everything we wanted to do in the hotel like dance clubs or pool required a cover charge or reservations. should be included with our room like other hotels! SO confusing to someone who has never been there as to where to park to find the front desk and which location we should do valet in. close to beach

Not worth the price The room was dirty, ring marks on tables, crumbs on floors.

I won’t stay there again the room while upgraded with water views was cheaply done no room service all three days unless I asked for was not cleaned daily ran out of tissues mid stay had to call had to call for them nice property

Disappointing Food court then enjoyed the air show I can say that most of the guests that we ran across coming into the Tropicana or getting into an elevator you're very helpful God bless them Food court looks great good food no problem is the elevator store does not stay open long enough to get a handicap scooter or even a wheelchair or someone pushing a stroller the door is closed on you it's not stay open long enough would someday this may cause a hazard or injury

Horrible and dirty room conditions. Would never stay there again. The room was dirty, it had laminate floors that were not swept or cleaned. Mini fridge was full of left overs when we checked in. Even the rugs in the hallways and elevator areas looked as though they had not been vacuumed in weeks. Restaurants were very good. Plenty of places to shop and eat.

Fair Rooms were dirty, housekeeping never dumped trash, no breakfast provided, too many people, limited parking, over priced for crap rooms. Long lines for elevator. I liked that you didn't have to travel far for food. The casino was not far and the beach was right there.
