Fair Check in process was horrendous. I used a machine but others in our party had to use the front desk. They were 8th in line and spent over 90 minutes in line to get a key for the room. The room was paid for online and they not able to use the kiosk!! Unacceptable!!!

Disappointing 1. Our room wasn't as clean as it should have been. There was a razor cap and a wrapper on the floor near the bed. 2. The air conditioner made a rattling noise intermittently on our 2nd of 3 nights. It woke me up many times during the night or made it impossible to fall back asleep. 3. Finding valet parking or getting help with directions from self park was not easy. 1. I like the location of the hotel. 2. I like the shops and restaurants nearby. 3. I like the beach.

Very Poor Front desk assistantance. Just want a copy of my bill!. Small room.not very clean.no dressers to put clothes. Fast elevators. Restaurants available. Casino gambling

This has to rate as one of the worst hotel/ resort rooms and experience that I have ever had. definitely not a 4 star. at best the Chelsea tower is a 2 star. First room was not clean. 1/4 inch of dust all around the room. dust on the counter tops and white gung around the taps. Air conditioner sounded like a Diesel engine in our room. Woke us up every time it started and stopped. Had to take two different elevators to get to our room and no room service. Pillows were lumpy foam. WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN 1/4 MILE WALK FROM CHECK-IN TO ROOM. TV TOO SMALL FOR ROOM NO SIGNAGE TO ROOM HALLWAYS SMELLED, CARPET CRINKLED WEAR EXCESSIVE WEAR COMFY BED

it was ok could have been better the hotel is far from the best things on the strip room was not clean, phone was broken, mirrors were dirty, the hotel is too far from everything beach front access

It’s an *okay* place to stay if your expectations are barely the bare minimum The room was not clean- one of the beds in our room had stains on the sheets. The bathroom was not clean- walls and counter were visibly dirty. Hotel does not do anything about rowdy guests. There are not a lot of activities to do other than drink and eat. I was charged a surprise fee of $39 at check in on top of the $50 security deposit. The pictures online do not match the room that you get. Parking is confusing!
