The worst stay anywhere ! terrible the staff was poor. the customer service was poor. they overcharged me. plus they took forever to give me a refund had to take my stay down to one night instead of 2. the casino and events.

Bad Room-The West tower is n old outdated tower with thin walls- I traveled with my mother and 2 very young children. I could here ppl above me and next to m having sex which was very inappropriate for my 8 year. I ended up having to leave the tv on to block out that disturbance. I will never stay again. probably will not return to Tropicana Room was ok, could not adjust temp in room. Checking in was HORRIBLE, no signs where to check in, we ran into people just as confused as us. No staff to help you we walked around for an hour before finally finding someone to help us. We stood inline for 20 mins before finding out we were in the wrong place. Sad this was once a great place to stay won’t be going back Sadly after years staying at the Tropicana I don’t think I will return. the hotel is showing many signs of aging needing some updates. the room wasn’t very clean, mini fridge didn’t work, I’ve machine didn’t work, we had to go to another floor for ice, trash was never picked up we brought our trash to a main trash bin in the hallway and noticed it wasn’t picked up for days we tried to contact the bell desk to pick up our luggage and we’re unable to get anyone in the... read more

Bad My room floor was disgusting!! The water was cold and took a long time to get warm! The hallways were trashed ! I called and spoke with a manager named Chris the day of check in and he brushed me off! I spoke to another manager at check out and she gave me back some money but I want all my money back ! I couldn't wait to leave and I will never go and stay there!

A Mess. What I did not like about the property was the hotel was not clean. The room was very dirty. The curtain had dirt on it. The room was extremely over priced to look that bad. Honestly this was the worst experience I have had at a hotel. This was the worst experience I ever had at a hotel. The room was dirty and horrible. I spoke with the manager about my experience at this hotel and he was very rude.
