Won’t stay again Everything Very unfriendly staff both hotel and casino. I have been in the hospitality business for over 35 years and my experience was very disappointing

Not great. Room was not cleaned well and was in poor shape. We were put in smoking room (I dis not request this room, it smelled terrible) staff was not polite about our concerns and said they would have cleaning come and spray deodorizer, but no one came until we called and requested 3 times. Proximity to boardwalk and restaurants/bars

Fair Arrived with family, after 15 min. trying to find self parking garage off beaten path lack of singage. We reqested and paid for early check in, however after going up to rooms my sisters room was not ready. Therefore they had to come to my room. My room sheets were not clean and air condition not to par. Then I went to ice machine, it didn't work, I asked housekeeping she said try another floor. Bad
Discontent and waste of money. First of all, the bed was uncomfortable, very low quality. My husband and I had back pain the next morning. There was also strong unpleasant smell. We were also not informed that our hotel room was across the main building, so we struggled to find our room. When we originally signed for this hotel, images presented a bathtub however when we arrived we were told there were none available? But we paid for a room with one. Not worth more than $100 /night The room was not clean as well as it should be. Literally 2 towels placed on the counter of the bathroom sink and a bar soap is al the amenities they give which I have never seen before at a hotel. NO MICROWAVE in the room so be prepared to continue to buy their overpriced food. A bottled soda was $4 so if you can, bring your own snacks and drinks.
