Fair The room was drab the amenities were poor the sink backed up no cleaning services had to call for clean towels the garbage was not dumped. We booked a King we received two queens. The bus transportation service center was closed we were dumped at Casears Staff was not nice Good security

Disappointing Its a ver big beautiful place very clean but also very confusing on how to get places theres really no signs to tell u were to go for check in parking was crazy n they charged my card 2 times smh so still fighting to get my money back i honestly wouldnt recommend staying there but to vist while ur staying elsewhere would be better check in was a mess took 2hrs it was very frustrating It was very clean

The value for what I paid to stay in this specific room was unacceptable. The room was very old. There was no blanket on the bed only sheets. The AC didn’t drop lower then 75 which was very uncomfortable to sleep in. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Disappointing The room was a mismatch of 1960s decor. Definately didn't get anything close to what was pictured. Thick dust all around edges of room. Ball of hair in shower. Torn wallpaper. Busted up a/c vent. Main hotel was nice. Boardwalk location. Staff that I did encounter were helpful and pleasant. Entertainment available on a weekday. Carmines food is amazing. Accessible parking.
