Thanks for ruining a 30 year anniversary trip!! No valet, no bell hop, no keys that work to the room 4 different times, hole in the bathroom ceiling, dirty carpet, not a beach side room as promised, half the slots dont work, disregard for requesting maid service. This hotel was a huge disappointment for a 30 year anniversary. Not one single thing other than it is on the Boardwalk.

Fair The bathrooms in the lobby were dirty and the doors wouldn’t even shut. It was very far from the majority of the stores and the rest of the action and other casinos and big stores and attractions on the board walk. The cleaning person (I’m guessing) walked into our room at 9:30am on our day of check out without knocking while I was in the bathroom and left the door open when she or he saw my nephews (ages 13 and 3) in the room.
