Really bad experience The personal is so bad. At first it looks comforting, they didn't give me what I asked for. two rooms in the same corridor and overlooking the sea, the parking lot far away.

Disappointing!!!! We were to have an ocean view, didn't initially. Changed our room to an uncleaned room. Parking was too far from room. Had to walk through casino and elevator didn't work to get to room. Luggage carried up steps. Raised price of breakfast $3.00 in one day. Most places were closed or closed early. Everything in Hard Rock is open.

The room that I booked was not available, and I was downgraded to a queen. No apology/explanation I booked a room with a king size bed several days in advance. When I arrived, my room wasn’t available, and I was downgraded to queen. I wasn’t given an explanation nor apology. Still paid for the price of a king. Location was perfect.

Could be better Check in process took more than one hour, AC in the room was barely cooling and on that day the heat outside was tough, we couldn’t find a pool since the hotel is huge and it’s hard to navigate and no staff to ask. Eventually got locked in the parking called emergency twice and nobody showed up , we called someone we saw to open the door for us The room is nice and clean great view

Bad Horrible hotel room. Furniture didn’t match. Tiny tv. Lights kept flickering

Bad Everything... Over crowded, long lines(had reserved months before but to get to front desk took over an hour and a half, overated room, room windows needed washing, overused mattresses, room was not the same as pictured on-line, coffee maker was dirty inside, I strongly believe we overpaid for this stay, elevators were jam packed with long waiting lines, there was a fight in the hallway after 2am where security had to be called, wifi sucked(off and on)...
