Terrible, terrible......I have not had service in four months....have called and called and get the run around. The customer service tech just hung up on me. After the two hour waits, I went through sales to try to talk to a person. The sales people were very helpful........Imagine that. I'm using up my treatments and then never using them again. I suggest that anyone looking look for a smaller company where they actually care about the customer. I have sod filled with weeds and brown spots.

Do not use TruGreen, you cannot reach anyone on the phone! I have weeds all over my yard and I have billing issues? I have been trying to talk to to some one for three weeks and nothing! Stay far far away from TruGreen!!!

I was billed for a visit that never happened. Security camera video shows no one was here. And there is no other evidence of a visit such as a yard sign or door hanger. I was also home all day. Awful customer service. You can't call your local franchise who services your yard. You have to call their national call center which has a 2 1/2 hour wait. One of the times I wish I could give a Zero! These guys do the absolute minimum of service and only try to upsell their overpriced service. I have called so many times and spent countless hours on hold. I'm so sick of the unkept promises. Find another service or do it yourself.

Stay away!!!! This company Lies! I do not want to use anything that is toxic to pollinators and agreed to a pollinator safe treatment. When the tech came out he told me it wasn't pollinator safe. So after going round and round I gave them a chance with the lawn only and not my trees and shrubs. Then I get a call telling me that they can care for my trees and shrubs without the insecticide. My experience with TRUgreen had been HORRIFIC. I say that because I'm not even a customer, I'm a mistake they made. One of their techs treated my yard, but as I said I'm not their customer, they did the wrong yard. Problem was my ACTUAL lawn care company treated it just 2 days prior the the TRUgreen debacle. They killed my beautiful fescue backyard, broke a landscape light in the front yard, and almost killed my Bermuda up front. Terrible company. Paid for a service thats been done 1 time in 6 months. My newly sodden yard is now DEAD in under 1 year. No one will return my call. Awful company. Will never recommend them to anyone. Will advise to stay far away. Terrible company!!!!! I'm looking into hiring a lawyer due to this terrible service. I have video proof the technician spent under 1 minute at my almost 1 acre yard and has never set foot in our backyard except 1 time.

Here comes harassing calls! Do not use this company for your lawn! very disappointed that they refused to return to treat my weeds. Never had issues with weeds and I've had Truegreen for awhile but I started to see some weeds in my yard. Payment up to date and I've asked them to return and treat the weed which they did. TrueGreen has become a horrible experience. TrueGreen rep sold us on their spraying services, for our lawn and bushes. He guaranteed they could kill our lawn weeds along with our having a beautiful lawn and bushes by spraying their special lawn and bush chemicals on the lawn and bushes. On two occasions their lawn tech used a spreader, due to what he claimed his sprayer has been broken for several days.
