Terrible company. Misrepresent what they will do. Know nothing about lawn or bush care. Your throwing your money away using them unless you enjoy a dead looking lawn then by all means use them.
Nonresponsoive. The workers don't seem to know what they're doing. If you try to contact someone, anyone outside of customer care - no response. Bottom line - waste of money. Much of the yard is ruined because of their incompetence.

We used TruGreen this week for our first and most certainly the last time ever. We were scheduled for two services this week. Yesterday someone showed up to our house, put two signs in our yard and left a bill/statement of service on our front door and left without doing any work at all to the yard (confirmed on our camera systems). When we called to report the complaint they said "sorry about that, let us get you rescheduled". Recent application of fertilizer resulted in yellow-green stripes, missed eroded areas. My lawn looks ridiculous now. Is it how Trugreen supposed to apply fertilizer? By lines or cover the entire area of the lawn? Had to call them twice, no one answered my question how the fertilizer is supposed to be applied, but regardless my lawn looks like lines of green grass with yellow areas in between, following the guy's walking with the spray hose. Charge you and don't do the service. Make sure you are home or have cameras. it has been about 4 times that they charged me and said my service was complete but they aren't performing them. Go with someone else
Trugreen FAILS AGAIN!!! First it has been over one month since my lawn was fertilized. So I had to call last week to schedule to have my lawn fertilized and also scheduled for my PH treatment. Since that STILL HAS NOT BEEN DONE EITHER! The fertilization was scheduled for today (060121), and guess what. Trugreen NEVER SHOWED UP AGAIN. Poor quality of product and service and horrendous customer service. You are better off doing it yourself than relying on this company.
They are the most horrible lawn company out there. We have fescue grass and they sprayed a weed killer and it completely destroyed our beautiful lawn that my husband had worked so hard on!!!! They continue to charge us and will not come out and make it right or offer anything!!!! Please do not use!!! It is heartbreaking that this company hires people that do not understand English and no customer service what so ever!!! We were robbed again!!!! Our technician was scheduled to service the front, back and sides of our property with weed control and also a lime treatment. Not surprised at all but Carl billed us for both services as completed after spending less than 3 minutes on our property and doing a quick liquid application to the front of our lawn. When these technicians knowingly defraud paying customers, they should be arrested and charged with theft.
