Reminded me why I stopped using your service department 5 years ago. I made a appointment for 7:30 am for a 2 hour job and got the car back at 4:00. When I asked why It too so long I was told 7:30 was the Check in time not when they would start working on the vehicle. If you would have told me this when I made the appointment I would have made other plans. In my opinion this is a very deceptive practice.

The Company as a whole has Been Sullied due to poor customer service from Tynan SuperCenter who never followed through with anything said at purchase , Starting with the Fact that they had ordered me a Fob key since they only had Maintenance Key, but Now need a transmission, Etc. The company I pay to help with coverage wants service records I don’t have.

I went in to get a leak fixed and I was told it supposedly fixed but I just noticed the leaking hasn’t really gone away. When it rains my sunroof leaks

The desk customer service man told me a bunch of wrong information and quotes. I'm not satisfied with Nissan dealership. I really don't know about the future service. Plz call me. He quoted me a few services. Jackie 720 401-1283

I was disappointed this time no car wash and I picked up my car from an oil change. The oil change went up by $15.

I was told I could have my company vehicle dropped off and it would be done in an hour and a half so I took my employee to wait for it only I was told upon arrival that it wouldn’t be ready until Monday. Too wasted my time and my employee’s time as well as taking a needed vehicle out of service. NOT HAPPY

I took my car in for an oil change and a tire pressure check as the weather has become cold and my low air pressure light had come on. The man who helped me with my oil change was super friendly and when I drove away, the low tire pressure light had gone off. However, the next morning it had come on again and the steering was pulling me to the right.
