Very Expensive and not satisfying. im sorry.my new part was not returned to me.
Where do I start. When my coolant was changed it started leaking, when my brakes were replaced, it started pulling to the R. I tried calling to schedule another inspection but they said they couldn’t do anything about it…. This is all a joke haha The Nissan on Havana is great! Rich is professional and does his job well. I’ll always come back!
Workmanship is very low I’ll be bringing the vehicle back by Tuesday 9/6/22, we have a problem! 🤬
I took my Nissan Frontier for oil change and they used 5W30 oil instead of synthetic, I am really disappointed of this dealership
The receptionist guy is is very rude when asked a question about the service and updates of the car.
Extreme long wait for an express oil change, over 2 hours long. The cashier girl in the service department was rude and not very friendly.
I brought the car in to have him give us a diagnostic he told me they were 17 or 18 days out after 3 days they look at the car and then want me to pick it up I'm on the road as our business is in the mountains 4 hours from here and can't make it back for a couple days and you charge me a 3-day storage fee so I'll total I paid $400 and some dollars just for a diagnostic from you guys I kind of thought that was crappy
God awful experience. Coolant was shooting everywhere after the service. Oily hand prints outside and inside my car. I paid for a professional dealership service and got a fly by night job on my $70k truck. Not happy at all.
Worst car buying experience I've ever had. There's nothing else I'd like to say.
