I came in for new tires and a an alignment. After I left the car was pulling to the right and it wasn't before. I took it back the "did the alignment again" didn't fix anything.
I waited in the bay nobody walked outside to my vehicle like they normally do. When I came inside nobody greeted me or spoke until I asked if I could get help. They weren’t busy with customers just at their desk.
Dan was rude and very unprofessional. Not a reflection of what a good customer service should be.
Not impressed with guest intake. This was my first time at this location. I waited in my car like a dummy waiting for a service tech to greet me with a tablet and get my info. No signage indicating that you should leave the car and go in. I'm handicapped, removed my walker and went in. Everything was good intil I was done. They parked my car in the "front" and was backed into the spot. Hello, walker!! The car was so close yo one next to my driver's door I couldn't fit into my car! Never again will I come to this location.
Richard did not address my issue with the shaking engine and told me that I never mentioned it which I did. I was then told I need to bring the car back again and pay an additional free to get that looked at. My car was there long enough for them to inspect it and I thought they did. Came in for recall service waited 90 minutes went and Checked to see if the car had been brought in it had not, ask service He was extremely rude! I told manager and it was done 15 minutes later, service man came out and again rudely said it was done. Never going in for service in the future!
Condescending person that helped me, uninterested in helping me with options and frankly just felt like like I shouldn’t have come here in the first place, but I guess I know not to recommend this place to anyone
After service notice my car had a acceleration hesitation problem and loosing Gas alot please help
Didn’t wash or charge my car while it was in for service, also failed to correct a sensor issue on my car that has been an issue since it was delivered.
