The guy that brought me back was rude and condescending for the second time. I won’t be coming back.
This is the first time in years that I received below standard service from Luke.
Firstly, I was sent an email stating that I would receive a free oil change if I brought my car her for the recall fix. Secondly, upon arrival the service technician pointed out that I needn't a new tire on front driver side, after ge drove it he said I also needed brakes. However, on my multipoint inspection it states both my brakes and tire is in good condition. SMH to the incompentcy.

horrible service. nothing that was asked for was done. very unprofessional. employe showed terrible customer service; he can’t even speak to you while looking at you.
Didn’t put tires on right and my dad had to go back home couldn’t even drive the truck because of how scared he was of how tires almost came off. Brother had to take truck to his job at Discount tires to fix them. Really upset of the work.
Overall lack of communication, little to no explanation of repairs or how to prevent damages from happening again in the future. The service rep I worked with made comments that made me feel uncomfortable, and did not offer any rental or ride share service home.
They are not good costumes I bought a new car with no spears key and no rough on the floor but they promised me to provide them and later they change their mind
