Took a whole week to just tell me the warranty wasn’t going to cover my transmission cost. They had an excuse for anything just to not cover it.
It is so disrespectful! Not treating very well. I have been a customer last two years.
No one is friendly. No one explains repairs to me unless I ask. No follow up upon pick up
I did not appreciate Luke repeatedly accusing me of placing an after market mirror on my Sentra. I tried to resolve our differences, but he mentioned at least 3 times I can be seen by another technician. If that was the case I wouldn't have been proactive in trying to resolve our differences. I had to point out the difference in mirrors to Luke twice and then had to leave the car for a couple more days. I should have been compensated and received an additional discount.

Manager was cool and very helpful, person who changed my oil needs to be fired!
I came to get my car serviced for a routine oil change and Rich in service was checking me out at the cashier desk. I asked if he remembered me and he said oh yea the one that left a bad review how nice. I had brakes done at this dealership and took my car back a few times because they were squeaking as if I never had them replaced after a few hundred dollars and that’s the type of unprofessional customer service I received. Disappointing to come in for an oil change and have someone try to sell me services I bought and paid for 6,000 miles ago?? I know and have receipt for all the services they are flagging as overdue. Glad I’m paying attention??!!
