Typical dealership… will send you coupons for oil changes, maintenance and services, then when you ask to apply those coupon, will come up with every excuse not to honor them. Such as, “this is an already discounted maintenance price, so we can’t accept this coupon…”
Quiero hablar con alguien de la agencia sobre mi carro porque ya no quiso jalar
Maverick was rude and did not communicate well. This had never happened before, very disappointing.
Bad experience with service center. Went in for an oil change, they did not reset my setting and they did not properly install the air filter or shut the compartment. Drove home (40 min out) and had to come back the next day because car was making loud noises when pressing on gas.
I was over charged for an inspection and told the wrong information. I was treated very rude from the gentleman that did my inspection after he saw I could not afford the recommendation given. Not only did I not need the sensor he said was faulty but he missed a chewed wire that was an easy fix and would have saved me a lot of money. Very unpleasant and expensive experience, I will not be back.
Very disappointed in the service. They usually wash my car, they didn’t. I needed air in my tires and I know they knew it cause I have an alert saying low tire pressure. They only did a fix for a recall and oil change, I think. I don’t even know if they did that.
Bad customer service since they don't explaine much about the service ,so I was not sure if my car needed oil change or was it's oil good when I arrived
I took my car in because the push button start wasn't working. They replaced my battery and battery cable to the toon of almost $500. As soon as I drove after the repair it wouldn't start again. It was the brake switch. So I took it back and they fixed it within a few minutes. Two days without my car and nearly $500 for them to misdiagnose the problem. I was not happy. My last Nissan had the same brake switch push button ignition problem. At this point Nissan should fix this issue in how they make their cars.
Simple oil change and asked for tire pressure to be set at recommended pressure33 PSI. I was told it was completed. Pressure warning light came on. Checked pressure in all 4 tires. They were 33, 34, 30, 40 I filled them myself correctly and the warning light went off
