"Long-Butt-Day" I feel like buying a new truck, shouldn't take 6+hours. I also didn't like the bait and switch techniques, financing was not smooth, especially for higher end credit score holders. We did end up buying the truck-but to much hassle for my likings. Thanks.
"Not nice" Guys where pretty rude when asked questions also they where not really pleasant to speak to as they would give attitude back it’s a job if you dont like your job then find another one all in a little group talking about non work related topics
"Service department is horrible. " Service department is horrible. They should really work on customer service and how to treat current customers. Tynan’s is convenient for me but I guess I will go out of my way to get better service
"Awfuuuuuuuuuul" I have taken my cars there for years but Friday the 4th was my last time I would step my foot in Tynans Nissan. I was basically told that having an appointment made for my car to be serviced on means nothing. My car was at that shop for 5 hours only to be called and told that I would have to come back on the 8th because that is when the part would arrive if I agree to have Rich to move forward with ordering the part.
"Sold part ordered for me" Part for my window was ordered for me. It was apparently sold to someone else. Was not informed until I was already at dealership for my scheduled appointment. Fortunately I also needed battery replaced, so that was done. Nissan lost records of my previous battery purchase for the warranty.
"Fast, is not always better " I was not shown any proof that the oil was even changed? What kind of oil was used and did they change the filter?? Could you show me the work done before adding what else " $" I need!
"Customer service " Don’t care or show no passion to their customers emotions, they seems to look down on people base on apparence.Advice should learn how to listing to customers and take every customer earnestly.
"They just care about selling the car " I should never believe a word out out of a car Salesman’s mouth. I didn’t get the 2nd key when I bought the car. I was told it was being shipped to the dealership and picking it up would be really easy. After spending 4 hours at the dealership to get windows tinted, when I was told that would only take an hour, I got the second key but then realized when I got home that it didn’t work. "They didn't care enough to do things right" I had purchased a 3 pack of synthetic oil for $150. And was getting the 2nd one done. They didn't bother to put a sticker on the windshield showing when the next one would be due, but worst of all the receipt showed they used regular cheap oil instead of synthetic. I asked about this with the service writer, and was told "don't worry, they just printed out the wrong receipt" that he was sure they used synthetic. You had better hope that Nisan motors doesn't send me a survey.
