"oil change was average; salespeople were very hungry" I was considering trading in my 2017 Rogue for the 2019 model, so while I was waiting for my oil change to be completed, I wandered in to the showroom. "Fine service, poor dealer policy" The person who checked me in (Mayra) was personable and helpful. The service took about an hour and cost $68.00. My previous car was a leased Toyota, the standard maintenance /service was at no cost. In addition, the Toyota dealer took a reservation for service and stuck to it. I had received a robo call from Nissan, stating that I was entitled to special service scheduling but when I called the dealership and they said, that it did not apply for their dealership.- that they were strictly f... read more
"Oil changed" The service was good but I was not happy because I have been waiting for three hours only for oil changed. Will not go to this area again.
"Poor explanation" I would've like for the for the person to have explaned pricing & the fact that my warranty was expired before actually having things done.

"I Won’t Be Returning " The wait was extremely too long, and overpriced. The attitude from the customer service representative was horrific too. I will not be returning to this location for service.
"Unfriendly Unenthusiastic Service Department" Honestly every time I either call or go into the Tynnan Nissan Service Department, the representatives are reluctant to help. It seems like they just want to put the least effort possible into actually diagnosing and fixing an issue with the vehicle. I have to press them for answers regarding pricing, availability, and problem diagnostics. "$100 in labor to change a battery" My wife took the car in to have the battery replaced and $260 and two days later it was ready. How a 2 minute job of switching out the battery took nearly an hour of labor is a mystery. Somehow, I doubt they would have tried to pull that on a man.
