Windows are great.. communication not so.. installers showed up one morning this week & told my wife they brought wood for new inside casings which we knew nothing about.. my wife freaked out.. called me home.. it worked out & Denver was cool so all good.. then we asked Denver about the window repair & he knew nothing about it.. then we asked him about our faded front door & Denver knew nothing about it.. customer service called next day.. sent Jim out to repair window & looked @ door.. hoping we can get a qt of paint to rep... read more
