The caulker stepped on two rose bushes and was about to put his ladder in other plants before I stopped him. The grids are larger than those in my other windows. One window has difficulty lining up to be locked after being opened.

Window installers actually arrived about 10 minutes early, came in and did measurements and got right to work. They answered any questions I had and did a very professional looking job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
