The installation team were very professional, arrived on time. took the time to introduce themselves before beginning work, worked efficiently and ensured there was no mess left behind. They were polite and explained what they were doing, worked diligently and were careful of furnishings, etc. In all, I am very satisfied with the installation procedure.
Cody Hinkle came today to give me estimates for a couple of projects I was considering. I have used Universal Direct for window replacement before, and was very pleased with the product quality, the customer service and the cost. I will use them for an additional window replacement now. Mr. Hinkle is very pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. It was a pleasure meeting him and doing business with him. I highly recommend him and his company.
