Everything was handled professionally, from the guy we met at the rib fest in the Universal tent, to the sales professional (Jeff) and the measuring guy, all through to the installers. The only curve ball we got was that the new windows were thicker than the old ones, resulting in a loss of space on the window sill. We no longer had the room to put our old wider blinds back, thus, we had to buy new ones.
