I scheduled 3 jobs over 2 houses. The initial installation was excellent, aside from a torn screen, which was repaired in a timely manner. The quality that I received with the first job led me to order additional windows. My second and third window installations left a lot to be desired. I would like to mention that I am totally satisfied with the windows. The issue on the second job is that the trim work was not to the quality that I experienced with the first job.
