I loved that Universal Windows came to my house even with the pandemic going on. We were safe and the sales person showed us what we wanted. My husband surprised me and had new doors and shutters ordered. It took awhile but it was all worth it. I can’t thank them enough for the sales person, the people in the office, the warehouse manager, and most importantly the installers!
