I scheduled 3 jobs over 2 houses. The initial installation was excellent, aside from a torn screen, which was repaired in a timely manner. The quality that I received with the first job led me to order additional windows. My second and third window installations left a lot to be desired. I would like to mention that I am totally satisfied with the windows. The issue on the second job is that the trim work was not to the quality that I experienced with the first job. Installers were very efficient courteous and neat. Five men arrived at 9 AM and installed 13 windows by noon. The windows look great and function very well.

We had a great experience 3.5 years ago when we had our whole house done, but this experience was not the same. Our Sales rep started out great, then disappeared and had to reach out several times before getting answered. It was a smaller project, so they were likely not making much money off our job so it was clear we were not a priority.
