This is the second project that Universal Window Direct has made possible for us.. we had all of our window done a year ago and it went flawless!! They did Such a good job with our roof a year ago we had to call them back to price our siding’ We met with Cody Hinkle today and had another great experience setting up prices and talking about quality, He did everything he could to meet our financial needs and I think we came up with the best plan’ Thank You again for putting your costumers needs first!
Had a very nice man named Brian Mead come out to our home and give us an estimant on new windows. He worked with us to what we could afford and we are starting with 5 new windows this year and adding more as we can. He answered all of our questions and was more than patient with us. Even gave us a few minutes to talk about what we wanted to do. :) thanks Brian.
We desperately needed to replace our 40 year old dysfunctional windows but I simply dreaded the sales process. My husband was terminally ill so this project was up to me.
