The install of my $9000 front day was a cluster from the day it was supposed to be ordered. The job was apparently missed measured because there was a1/2" gap on the side light side, that my husband had to fix. I called the co. And was told the project manager would call back in 24 hours. That was 10 days ago!!!

Cleaning the windows bad. Clean up after ok . Missed the trash at one window. Broken window that we are still waiting to hear when / have to call you find out what is going on with it. Customer service is not there right now. 2 weeks and not even a call to say they are working on a replacement.

The door we have already purchased was incorrectly measured and had to be re-ordered. I have received no notifications of status and I cannot get anyone to call me back, despite leaving three messages.

The install crew took no pride in their work, and it showed—broken glass throughout the inside and outside of my home. Debris was left everywhere. Pieces of sheet metal (capping), strips of old caulking, screws, CIGARETTE BUTTS, and other trash were left in my flower beds, driveway, and yard. The debris could have been overlooked if there weren't any other issues, but there were. I had (have) a window that leaks when it rains. Installation was difficult, they had to come out three times to finish the work. I had to inquire every time about when they were coming back. After they were done with installation, they had NO accountability for damages to my property during installation. Reached out to a manager, I sent pictures via email. The manager promised to get back to me by “Tuesday” of the following week at the latest, it’s been months and I’m still waiting for his call.
