I'm still waiting to hear back from Tim regarding a date for someone to come out and finish our project. I left a voicemail for him on 5/18 and another one this morning. The sub contractors are great but your company says you do not use sub contractors
This has been one of the worst purchasing decisions I've made. We made the decision to do a full home window replacement project, that included a sliding door and bay window due to windows that were extremely difficult to open. Within a week of the December installation one glass pane cracked (later replaced) and we noticed that the lip to raise the windows on our bay window were not rounded off like all of the other windows and was so sharp they were causing cuts. Unfortunately, our sales representative did not correctly include a door handle request related to our doors on the paperwork for our install. He was eager to secure our purchase of the windows and patio door on a Friday evening, but did not get the information correct for our order, despite verbally agreeing that we could include the upgraded chrome door handle with our order.
