We like the windows but the service issues we had lasted almost 2 years.

I have 2 people that were looking to have some windows installed. I did inform them of the problem I am having with the way the payment and financing was handled.

We never before ever, paid 90% for a project before the work was completed. We were very uncomfortable doing that with your company. At most we paid for half up front and the balance on completion.

Last visit great. Before that, measurements wrong, late windows, terrible installation of correct window and poor treatment in general. Never again!

My doors have been ordered wrong twice so no would not recommend your company

The door was late, and the customer service was severely lacking. Only responded once when I asked when we would get the door. Once that date came and went I sent follow up emails and got no responses. Then I called. They said they would call me back with more information and never did. Door is now installed with the wrong trim and we haven't gotten any response on that outside of the salesperson who texts me back, but has no answers.
