Poor quality control, not good installation, poor communication. When they came back out to fix issues, they didn't
Windows were measured incorrectly by 2 people. Now we have to wait for another pair of windows to show up before project is complete
This was not a good experience on the day of installation, installers did not arrive when they were supposed to and we called 3 times and left messages before anyone even returned our call. Found out there was some sort of mix up and they said no one was coming. They finally got installers to come later in the day and the installers did fine, but we were not offered any kind of discount or anything for their mix up and no one has even called us to speak to us about any of this. We will not recommend or use this company again... read more
