The sales process is too high pressure. I wanted an estimate assuming a reasonable profit for the company that I could think on and compare and feel like I am making a good decision rather than a tonight only price.

Process was disjointed from the start. Salesperson told me I would get the same windows that were in my house and they were not even close. Had to follow up with their contract people, who were clueless on what was in the contract and I had to finally be connected to their sales manager who fortunately was able to coordinate the remaining process.
