NewBirdeye now allows businesses to select the location for which they want to conduct a survey using a survey link. A business location should be selected while generating the survey link.
Birdeye now allows businesses to conduct anonymous surveys based on business location. While generating the survey link, you need to select the business location for which you want to conduct a survey and send it to your customer. The responses received from the customers will be captured under the selected business location.
