Quick response to my request and great customer service. Inspector was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in describing his findings. Will definitely be using them again!
VBI was able to schedule us the day after my realtor called. We have a short 15 day close so timeliness was important. Josue was very thorough and very professional, he actually sat down at the end and covered everything with us right on site. I have never had an inspector do this before. It gave us more confidence in the inspection, he was able to all us to areas with concerns and suggested we call other specialists for further mechanical inspections.
Frank was so personal and professional. When he was finished inspecting our home and going over everything he checked I feel very confident about closing on our newly built property. Thank you Frank.

We hired Valley Building Inspections to do the inspection on the condo we are purchasing. Frank was punctual and did a thorough inspection. He took his time and went over all his findings with us before leaving. He was very pleasant and explained everything to us. We received the official report that afternoon and it was very thorough and complete. We are 100% satisfied with the inspection and the report and highly recommend them.
