Had the pleasure of speaking with a representative over the phone who suggested that a mold inspection test on my entire property was probably not required. Basically, I found mold in my empty fridge and was wondering if mold could be growing elsewhere. But without any signs of a leak or water damage, I was told this scenario was extremely unlikely and so a mold inspection test was somewhat unnecessary because the fridge would have sealed the mold within. Jeff was very thorough and gave my client confidence in his new build.
