As a first-time home buyer, I would 100% Recommend! Its clear the company really cares about their work & their clients. Great experience from start to finish. The office staff was communicative, responsive, and simplified the process. Jeff, the inspector, was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and honest. I've used another inspection company for about 6 years, but have become a little unimpressed with findings and presentation (as have my clients). We were referred to Valley Building Inspections by another team in our office and we could not have been happier with the service. Inspected a very large home/property, presented in a timely manner, very thorough and knowledgeable on any questions we had. To be efficient, they used two inspectors and finished in a timely manner. Will definitely continue using! :)

We had an amazing experience with Valley Building Inspections. Our inspector, Frank, was extremely thorough and left no stone unturned. As first time home buyers we were very new to the inspection process and Frank was so patient and comprehensive in answering all of our questions. I would give them 10 stars if I could! Thanks to VBI for providing me peace of mind regarding my home purchase. This is my fourth home and was definitely the best inspection by far! Richard Wood conducted a very comprehensive home inspection and walked me through the emergency shut offs (water and gas) as well as orienting me to the in home sprinkler system. Great experience. We contacted VBI to coordinate a pre-dry wall inspection of our new build. The home was several months out from needing inspection, and VBI kept in touch with our realtor tracking the house's progress. Once we got the word from the builder, VBI put us into their schedule immediately. We met the inspector at the house, and he walked us through what he found. He spent as much time with us as we needed to understand what issues he found, and he provided advice on next steps in our build process.
