Frank did the new house blue tape inspection for us with our purchase of a new house. He did a great job tagging all the cosmetic blemish and windows/doors needed to be address. He also glance at the roof and was able to find the missing roof tiles. Checked on water outlets, water pressure, and electrical outlets. He went through the report with us in details and answer the questions we have in details. I will use Frank and Valley Building Inspection again.

Not being from the area I was very dependent on local expertise to inspect the property I want to buy. Jeff Manning from Valley Building Inspections is the best. He was punctual, and very thorough. He combed through every detail of the home and when done, Jeff went through his findings and answered every question I had. His report arrived later in the evening discussing all his findings backed up with photos. Great job and a great company to work with!
