I had a great experience with Frank from VBI. They were able to schedule an appointment the very next day and Frank performed a very detailed and thorough inspection, including a sewer scope. His final report was very clear and easy to understand, with plenty of helpful photos and a breakdown of which items could be fixed by a DIYer, and which would require a professional. I happily recommend their services to anyone else in the valley area.

We hired this firm for an 11 month inspection of a new build. They were awesome. The review was very, very detailed - took nearly FIVE hours & was very in-depth. And we had the report that evening! Again very detailed with lots of photos and great info. Thanks to these great folks & Jared our inspector for reassuring us that our home is sound & just needs some fine-tuning from our builder - we will sleep better at night! Frank with Valley Building Inspections did an incredible job with my out of state buyers yesterday. One buyer was present while the other buyer was on the phone. Frank's inspection review with both buyers was very productive and he took the extra time to answer all questions. They were able to schedule an inspection to fit my schedule. Reviewed everything with me and were thorough. Thank you so much. Reasonable price. Great inspector. Great experience. Seller responded and is addressing all areas of concern. They put pictures of every item in the report and that helped us point out the issues.
If you want an inspection company that picks up the phone on the first ring, has amazing customer service both by phone and in person, and has professional and very nice inspectors please give Valley Building Inspections a try or at least have them give you a quote. You'll thank me later. This company was ultra competitive on price and quick to schedule, inspect, review, and send the report. Preston was our inspector and conducted an efficient and professional inspection and report. I'll be using them in the future.
