Bad experience 6 hour ordeal..bait and switch. Sales associate did not know the vehical. Limited dealer prep, Did not review features of vehicsl,did not set up blue link,Sirius, or demonstrate any features .
Sold a Car they Couldn't Deliver I highly suggest going to Freeman Hyundai instead. We paid for a brand new Elantra in cash that we were promised would be delivered 5 days later. We waited over two weeks while the managers, Jacob and Chris, story kept changing from it was on the truck, to "it will be here tomorrow", then suddenly it was just arriving via ship in San Diego, and then they couldn't tell us where it was. Incompetence at its best Van Hyundai misrepresented status of the vehicle I made an appointment to test drive. The vehicle was clearly damaged. The sales person, Eddie Frazier was rude and made excuses for his incompetence. I will never go back.
STAY AWAY! Salesman Michael Abelino sold me a 'titled as new' 2017 Hyundai Elantra with 5000 miles on it and a huge 2 foot crack in the bumper (which was not disclosed to me) for the price of the exact same model brand new. If this is any indication of what most transactions are like, which is what their online reputation portrays, then it should be obvious that you need to stay away. Too bad there's no place for 0 stars! I would not recommend this place to anyone. I just bought a used car there and am now stuck not being able to drive it due to the non-disclosed problems it has. The salesman was OK but the 'manager' I dealt with almost lost the sale. None of the problems it has was disclosed at the time of sale. Service department poorly managed First off don't expect loaners even when the part is on back order for days and have to contact a regional manager to finally get a car and stop having coworkers drive you to and from work for a wheel speed sensor being ripped out when making a u-turn. Took it in for service in July for Full Syn. Oil change and rotation. Tires weren't rotated as well as delivered after promised time. Very poor communication and lack of attention to detail. From our Salesperson, and I use that term loosely, to the Senior Internet Manager and then his Manager, the only thing these folks are concerned with is themselves, not the customer...feeling angry, disrespected and extremely disappointed. I really expected much more, I do wish them the best of luck going forward.

Exactly, John who??? Salesperson we had barely spoke a stitch of English and knew next to nothing about the car we were test driving. Bottom-line to be observed here. Poorly trained staff, unprofessional and useless, just like my trip down there from Denton.
Disappointed This rating would have been lower if it weren't for Jacob, our sales guy. We spent a solid 5 hours at the dealership. Paperwork was neither fast nor accurate. We didn't get everything we needed at the time, and above all, had to take the car back to fix recall items that should have been corrected before we ever received the car. The experience has been in short, a disaster.
Current and Prospective Genesis/Equus Owners turn away! I bought a Hyundai Genesis R-Spec sedan in 2012. That experience was actually quite good however at what cost? The service at Van Hyundai is some of the worst I have ever experienced. They have trouble communicating and they just simply have trouble doing their job correctly.
