The service advisor I am familiar with is no longer there, The new advisor had terrible customer service. The mechanic diagnosed that both catalyst converters needed to be replace. Vehicle was diagnosed at a different location and it came out to be the O2 sensor. I will never return to toyota Vandergriff or Arlington. I heard many complaints from this location in the past by several clients that no longer go there.

After the oils change, there was a pretty heavy oil leakage underneath, and I had to come again after 5 days to fix it.

I showed interest online about a specific car. Was called by a salesman and told that particular car was still available. When I got there, they brought out a didn't car. While similar, it was more expensive. When discussing monthly payments, I told them the max I could afford. They continued to waste my time by trying to get me to do a higher monthly payment. When one sales guy couldn't get me to budge. They sent another guy to try and charm and flirt more money out of me. Very disgusting!

To begin with, they have a credit card fee. No Toyota dealership Ive ever been to has this fee. When I took my truck in I had it nice and clean and when I went to get it the next day, it was all dirty. People dont greet you at all, you have to find things yourself.

The car radio began to randomly cut off and reboot. We took it in for warranty service. The radio was replaced twice and the problem persists. The technician said he could not reproduce the problem in the shop. We made a video of the problem occurring two times within a two minute period and provided it to the dealer. Still they cannot figure out why it is happening. They seem to have given up and we still have the problem.
