after hours of waiting did not rotate tires had to drive off and return for them to rotatable tires after they said it was done.

Long wait for service advisor. I was never told what was done through out the service and why i have to go back in 5k miles although intervals 10k. After being contacted from the service center days alter about the issue and told they are getting back with me they never emailed me back.

Not good at all had to take my car back 3× for the AC and they told me it's a Chrysler 300 and we work on Toyota's only and I bought the car from them each time they asked for more money and say it's something different than what I came back.

A mistake was made by the finance director resulting in me being forced to return my 2019 Toyota Camry. I was informed that my credit would not be ran again and it was ran multiple times. I found it incredibly difficult to locate and speak to a manager regarding the situation. However, I was able to get a comparable vehicle but the overall experience was extremely negative.

i was denied of the warranty and was sent to Ford for whatever i have to do on the car and while at Ford i paid for the servicing of the car please. is the where is the warranty that i was told that was on the car?

Very poor customer service. I had a scheduled appointment at 12:15 for a 30k mile service (oil change, tire rotation) this is an hours worth of work at the most. I didn't walk out of this establishment until 4:15pm. I sat there for 4 hours with no updates or given any inclination as to when my car would be done. Finally I walked up to the service area and at 3:30 I saw the car being put on the lift. It took them 45 min to do the service and naturally they charged me for an hours worth of work. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

They would not change my oil cause the car did not have enough mileage but the months where excited plus they screwed up one of my highlander rims when doing the tire rotation now I got to go back and get a replacement

I waited 5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. And they made me a liar. I didn't get locknuts from the last service, so I asked them to pick them up today. And after it was all over, I found out that the wheel lock was gone, and I complained to them. They removed all wheel locks and locknuts from my car. So when I protested, they told me to buy a new one because my car had never been there. I was shocked and just walked out. There was nothing more I could do.

Sat there for 2 hours and was told my car was fine. Drove it the hour home and the ac went out. Took it to Stewart Toyota and they found the leak in the AC system in 10 minutes and fixed it for me.
