They only completed 2 of the 3 services I requested. The following day they had terrible communication to get the 3rd service complete
Scheduled for oil service, went in and waited three hours and my car didnt even get an oil change but received a tire rotation and inspection. No communication from staff they were changing services or notification that it was going to be 3 hours or I would have dropped the car off.
Service department was all over the place.
Van's battery that was not dead nor had any problems before entering the service department, suddenly was dead and lost power steering. I was told the shocks were leaking but they did not have the parts and would call when they had them, still no call. Van lost power at a stop light 3 days after the van was returned and would not pull away, called, left two messages, that was 7 days ago. No on answers the phone, no one returns the calls. THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!
I brought my Tundra over, left it with instructions, service, rotate, inspection, and ESTIMATE on replacing the driver's side front wheel cover as the old one had come loose and was rubbing on my tire. Four phones, still no estimate, five hours you kept my truck and couldn't complete the service, plus Juarez was no help at all. He should answer his phone once in a while. Guarantee you one thing, when I get ready to trade, it darn sure won't be with Vandergriff.
They should have reported the oil change, tire rotation and safety inspection
Aside from the sales person being very kind to us. The service here is HORRIBLE once they sell you a car. They dont really care to provide great customer service after youve purchased. I regret not going back to Family Toyota but how we have purchased with before. The finance guy told us or loan was approved by Chase and our finance papers said chase was our lender. Only to get a bill from Toyota Financial and no one communicated this to me .

They lied to me that the car was 35k after doing everything I found out the car is 49k, I will never do any business with them
