Thank you for taking such good care of my Mom during her 6 week stay here. Wonderful care and staff. Kept very clean and comfortable. Some minor communication issues between Kaiser and administrative but was corrected immediately. Her occupational therapy and physical therapy was stellar !! Shout out to the second floor nurses and a wonderful CNA Patricia !!

My mother in law is here for rehab of her broken leg. I am in the health care field so I have heard a lot of bad stories about Care homes. I have to say this facility is very good. I like to also acknowledge a very good CNA. His name is Rafael, this young men really shows a lot of care and compassion towards the patients. Rafael is very helpful and makes my mother in law feel at home during her stay here. My mother in law said there is a couple of MA's that are very rude and they do not want to help her shower. My intentions were to have posted this review, a few months ago. My Mother was here in February 2018, but unfortunately passed away early in March with an illness that she had battled for several years. It was certainly not her first time at Vasona... she was here in 2011, 2013 and I think in 2015 as well. Vasona was always our first choice over whatever other options were available. A good experience overall. Staff is friendly and kind. Therapy is terrific. Food is sometimes very good and sometimes not.

I can not say enough positive about Vasona Creek. The admissions staff and nursing staff are very helpful. My husband had to recoop there after an amputation surgery and they took wonderful care of him. He had quite a bit of dietary issues and the addressed each and every one of them. He had room mate issues and they took care of them. His nurses were wonderful and loving to him when I could not be there for him. My grandmother was recently at Vasona Creek in Los Gatos. She was at the hospital and my family was looking for a place to get her therapy before she went back home. We felt nervous about having her at a rehab but the staff at Vasona helped put our fears to rest. The therapy was helpful. We as family would come to watch her at the gym and get tips on how to take care of her. The gym is really nice. The nurses helped grandma to feel comfortable. This is a top notch facility. Mr. Brett Hill the administrator does an excellent job. I would trust the staff with any of my loved ones. I would also like to recognize Josie. She leads the Nursing Assistant team is a class act. Thank you for the excellent job that you do.

Staff helped me when I couldn't reach my mother. Her hearing is going bad and hearing aids aren't working. Just wanted her to know that I was thinking about her and loved her. Called and staff was happy to write it out and show it to her. Being 1800 miles away, this was really important to me. They took that extra step, and I appreciate that.
