Our first choice now when we deal with non-emergency but urgent needs that can't wait for doctor's office availability. This is probably our 5th visit, this time for Flu. As usual, they are super-efficient! We've never waited more than 30 minutes max, that was once, every other time we've been seen within 15 minutes. The assessment and triage is expeditious. The staff is thorough, and personable. Dr. Macalister called with a follow up the following day. I have seen him several times for a similar illness, but not this visit, yet he was the one for follow up. His bedside manner is great! Thank you!

I had a great experience at Vik. I went in on a holiday and they were responsive and quick, and upfront & transparent about costs — I appreciated their “no surprises” billing procedure, especially with my out of state HMO insurance. The doctors were professional and had great bedside manner. Thanks y’all!
