Billing/Collection Issues I was renting **** ***** ****** ********** ** from Conrex properties. Vinebrook bought the house but never came to see or evaluate the home. There is a floor issue which they refuse to come fix while i was there. Problems with Product/Service I moved out 10/18 and I still have not gotten any deposit from them they keep saying it's in the mail but it's been 2mths. Anytime I contacted them they say it's in the mail anytime I go to the office its closed. No one ever gives helpful information on how I can get my deposit back.
Problems with Product/Service On Monday, 11/27 I put in a maintenance request that my fridge wasn’t cooling or freezing since Saturday. Finally, two maintenance men came to my home on Thursday 11/30 to repair my fridge. They left saying they were going to get a part for the fridge. Billing/Collection Issues Location: Florissant, MO Every month there is always something different added to my rent. Every month there is a $300 extra charge on my rent payment. I called the water company and they said it hasn't been paid in months. Billing/Collection Issues My leasing company changed lease agreement which they did send an addendum to where they pay the electric bill and water bill and then we pay the leasing company. Billing/Collection Issues Vinebrook Homes recently changed Aqua water and Rumpke services out of tenants names into their own the past 2 months. I received an email stating my water was past due of $595.44. To avoid late fees and possible disconnection. Vinebrook homes made this business change with water and trash. Billing/Collection Issues I rent from vinebrook homes and in August they randomly took over my utility bill stating it was apart of our lease agreement (we resigned our lease in March and had continued to pay city of Hamilton utilities until August when they randomly took over our utility bill) they refuse to show us our utility bill and SINCE AUGUST we have paid $1400 in utilities to them or they threaten to evict us. Problems with Product/Service I am writing a complaint against VB Homes for what I perceive as predatory practices and harassment during my tenancy.
